Last night, our team of 12 enjoyed a dinner at Monsoon Restaurant in Adliya, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the outside, the restaurant appears simple, but stepping inside reveals a stunning, grand interior that beautifully incorporates Asian-inspired elements. The design features a serene pond that surrounds much of the space, creating a tranquil atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional Asian garden.

The interior is thoughtfully decorated with Asian motifs, combining elegance with a sense of calm that enhances the dining experience. Every detail, from the lighting to the artwork, reflects a dedication to creating a unique ambience.

Now, let’s talk about the food—simply amazing! The quality was top-notch, and every dish we tried was bursting with flavour. Each bite was a delightful experience, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to culinary excellence. It was clear that a lot of care went into the preparation and presentation of the meals. We left feeling satisfied and eager to return for more.

We recently visited Monsoon Restaurant and had a truly delightful experience. The food was absolutely delicious—we tried the Tom Yam Creamy Soup (both seafood and chicken versions), Maki Sushi Tempura, and the Khao Pad Sapparod (Pineapple Fried Rice). Every dish was bursting with flavors, perfectly balanced, and presented beautifully. The creamy soup was rich and aromatic, the sushi had a perfect crunch, and the pineapple rice was fragrant and refreshing.

The ambience of the restaurant is simply beautiful—elegant interiors with a cozy, relaxing atmosphere that makes dining here a pleasure. A special mention to Sailesh, who served us with utmost professionalism and a warm smile. His polite and courteous behavior enhanced our dining experience. The service overall was truly top-class.

It was also my birthday, and thanks to a sweet gesture initiated by my wife, the staff surprised me with a delicious pastry and warm wishes. This thoughtful act was very touching and made the evening even more special.

While the prices are on the higher side, I must say they are completely justified by the quality of food, beautiful ambience, and outstanding service.

Whilst sourcing for some Thai food in an outdoor seating area, I stumbled across this restaurant. It’s ranked as #2 restaurant in Manama and for good reason. The host Ganga from India greets you with a warm friendly smile. She is very smartly dressed and is proud to take your details effortlessly. Ganga is attentive, professional and very happy to accommodate you and show you to your table. Her manners were impeccable.

The restaurant is very Asian themed and has beautiful decor depicting several countries. You can scan a barcode for an interactive menu or ask a server to bring you a tablet ( iPad ) to view. I chose prawn crackers, chicken tom yam soup and garlic fried rice. The food was cooked to perfection and I also had a mint and lime drink to accompany my meal.

All dishes were brought very promptly by a server from Nepal. The garden was very tranquil and picturesque. It was a late lunch so not very busy. Mart Andrew Paa the restaurant manager from the Philippines also came to check if I was happy with everything. He was very smartly dressed, courteous and polite.
