We had an extremely unpleasant experience there. We went there at approximately 12.20. The guard at downstairs confirmed the coffee shop is open, so we friends parked our three cars, and went up with families (9 people with four kids).

The door also had "open sign".

But after we went in, the guy named "Jhon or Josh" not sure, argued it's "not open", and then a few minutes later said 'if you could ask 1 minute ago" we could serve you.

There were people inside and they were serving but denied to serve us, and said it's closed when the sign said open.

I requested that we have a few kids with us and it's late just serve us a few cup of coffee.

The staff was yelling "we worked for 12 hours shift, now i need to home".. this is a mistake of the management, who kept the shop open with absolutely burned and exhausted employees who failed to meet the minimum level of hospitality, and we had to face trouble for the unprofessionalism of both guards and staff.

not at all a place i would even think of recommending who is looking for a place with good...

Alfredo Fettuccine was served with garlic bread and parmesan cheese on top of the pasta. It was a white sauce pasta and had chicken and mushrooms in it. Even though it look dry, it wasn't. It was an okay pasta.

Shepherd's Pie I was served with bread. It had mashed potatoes, beef, and tomatoes. It also had a unique spice in it which gave it a different type of taste. It was okay.

Chicken Wrap was basically shawarma. It had chicken and lettuce wrapped in tortilla bread. It was served with wedges,carrots and a piece of beet. Loved the wedges. The vegetables were steamed and okay. I didn't cared for the beet. It was fresh and loved the taste of it. I liked the wrap.

Waffle was the best item amongst what we ordered that night. It was served with a scope of vanilla ice cream, maple syrup and banana cut into pieces. Chocolate syrup was also spread on top of everything. The waffle itself was soft and sweet. It was very good.
