First day, morning, I was having breakfast and sale executive, Sumaiya Hea, sat at my table ( WITH NO MASK) to inquire who and how our booking was taken but what I find the most disrespectful thing is that she corrected my fiancé about OUR relationship status humiliating her. SHAMEFUL. How you dare? As I worked myself in international resorts for many years I know as matter of fact that 1) you don’t bother guests about sells, especially in the morning of their first day 2) you don’t sit at their table, especially without mask while I am eating during covid times while all the waiters were wearing it 3) you don’t correct guests especially on private matters. She carefully left us a couple of her visit cards to make sure we would have contact her for future bookings. in many years working in resorts never saw such a bad behavior and she made sure we will never be back. 6 days in this resort, what I can say breakfast is very good but the food quality at room service is poor, every request at guest service is an immediate No, even for the most easy and silly thing. What a good training manager would recommend to his 5 stars staff is Never Say No to a guest, at least answer “ let me double check with my supervisor” if are not sure what to answer. Today, Last day, checking out at the reception, clearing the bills, I was basically ORDERED by guest service girl to leave a feedback. This was the conversation: Do you know TripAdvisor? Yes, I do Well, Leave a feedback, is very important for us No “please”, no “May you/could you”, no “thanks”. You wanted a feedback? Here it is. I am writing to express our ( the faculty members or teachers of Bangladesh Cadet Colleges ) appreciation for the generous, faboulas, pretty,friendly and helpfull qualitative service that Hotel Sarina offered us the days of our stay there in three phases.
A congenial living environment exists in the hotel. The room is neat and clean, comfortable, spacious and have all basic things as we expect. The hotel maintains hyginically safety protocols strictly.
All the food items including beef, mutton, chicken, green staff, vegetables for breakfast, lunch, dinner, were hygenically cooked and snacks and sweets were platable finally fruits were free from any sorts of formalin. We enjoyed them with peace of mind, happiness and tranquility.
These definitely added to the great, excellent, courteous and wonderful cutomer service of the staff with full of care, sincerity and with a great devotion, allowed us to focus on the training session three times under British Council, was undoubtedly luscious and praiseworthy manner.
We are really very happy with the overall management of the hotel.
Despite of many offers we received from other hotels, we decided for Hotel Sarina because of the unbeatable deal it offered us. I will definitely recommend all our friends and well-wishers to enjoy all those facilities provides Hotel Sarina. By the grace of Allah the Almighty, We will come back Hotel Sarina on our vacation with our family to get the same qualitative service when we return.
