I recently visited this place and had a truly satisfying experience, especially if you're someone who enjoys Indian cuisine. It’s a great spot for a wide variety of Indian food items, and I was quite impressed with both the taste and the quality of the dishes. Among the items I tried, the Mutton Rogan Josh stood out with its rich flavor and perfectly cooked meat. The gravy was well-balanced, aromatic, and full of traditional spices that made it a delight to savor.
I also had their Keema Paratha, which was another highlight. The paratha was crispy on the outside and stuffed generously with flavorful minced meat. It paired wonderfully with the side chutneys they provided. Additionally, I tried the Aloo Paratha, which was soft, well-spiced, and comforting—perfect for a light yet satisfying bite.
One dish that I highly recommend is their Handi Chicken. The chicken was incredibly tender, juicy, and cooked just right. The spices were well-blended and not overpowering, which made the dish even more enjoyable. Their kulfi is the best of them all.
The staff here deserve a special mention. They were courteous, attentive, and very cooperative throughout the meal. Their pleasant behavior added to the overall experience, making it not just about the food but also about excellent hospitality. I will definitely be visiting again!

Read moreMy experiences in Lucknow is very very poor. I went there thrice but very ill-mannered doormen at first told me no parking place. As it is a self driven car I went back to my sister's place to call a driver. Then again I went there with the driver on same day couple of minutes later but was again rejected to enter by the guards this time telling me no place left for us. We gone back home that day. Today again my whole tried to have dinner at Lucknow but again the same old haggard guard told us we need reservation. I asked whether you do not entertain people without reservation. They said they do but today not possible. This is the first time in my life that I went to have supper out side but refused by a restaurant guard. After all this events how do you think I will evaluate Luckow? They do not have enough space to entertain minimum number guests, parking place is big enough to accommodate two or three cars, most of all the guards possess a very unwelcoming attitude towards the guests whom they do not like. To get their approval for entering the so called, "His Royal Palace of Lucknow" one must have a gorgeous look with party dress up (let me mention here about Shekh Saadi). Otherwise these "nak uchu" darwans will never consider you suitable for The Great Great Great Lucknow!!!!! Can't say anything about the food as I did not get a chance...
Read moreExquisite, serene and elegant!!! Lucknow Dhaka brings authentic typical Indian flavours to table with every cuisine well seasoned, marinated and melts in mouth. The restaurant claims to house genuine Awadhi cusuines with plenty of varieties starting from grilled kebabs, lobsters, tandoori chicken, fish (pomfret), pot mutton handi biryani, typical indian veg dishes, sesame naans and many more. Besides, there were drinks of choice such as mint lemonade, sweet and salty lassi along with regular soft drinks. We didnt order desserts as we celebrated a birthday event and had cakes with us. The savoury dishes were the standouts. However, the drinks come in simple basic flavours with the lassi being oversweetened. The restaurant is typically a busy place so it is natural to expect the service to be on a relatively slower side due to limitations in manpower. Overall, the restaurant is a relaxing place to hangout with family and friends as well as a healthy eatery to arrange small family events. I would recommend booking in advance if anyone plans to take a group of family...
