We have had the Fried Giant, seafood spaghetti, Brooklyn Sunset, sizzling brownie with ice cream, Volcano Island Prawns, gummy bear drink, citrus mint, and Grilled Glory Dory.
Fried Giant has many fried seafood items including calamari, prawn, fish, etc. There is also fried onions and four types of sauce. Overall this is the better of the two platters we have tried.
The seafood spaghetti had a pretty good number of prawn and mussel chunks. I dislike spaghetti, but this dish is worth a taste.
Brooklyn Sunset was good and so far their best drink that I tasted. It looks aesthetic and leaves a sweet aftertaste.
The sizzling brownie with ice cream is a fantastic way to top off any meal. When the server drenches the chilling ice cream and neutral brownie with the bubbling mouthwatering caramel sauce, you will forget the rest of the meal. Take some ice cream, brownie, and sauce in every bite. This hot-and-cold combination is a must-try for sure, but don't touch the plate!
Volcano Island Prawns had prawns, mussels, fish curry, and seafood pakodas with lots of rice. This didn't taste so good as Fried Giant.
The fish 'n' chips had two hefty dory fillets, fries, two types of dip (depends on the offer), and lettuce. On offer this is a must-try item.
The gummy bear drink was lackluster and didn't live up to the hype. The citrus mint tasted better but much of it was too thick for a straw so was wasted.
The Grilled Glory Dory doesn't live up to its name. You get a single sorry-looking fish fillet with little rice and sauce. You get a lot of coleslaw, so I guess this is for weight-watchers. But if you want value try the fish 'n' chips instead.
Service was slow, but the servers paid attention to the customers. Overall this is a cozy place, but the price can be considered high, and some classic menu items are not...

Read moreThey were having a offer, you can get fish and chips for 345 which is normally 600 something. so it was quite busy and they told us to wait at second cup (coffee place) which was just beside the restaurant until a table is available. That was really nice. however, it took them over 20 minute's just to take our order. when ever we called any of the waiters they were either too busy or saying they will be right with us and never came. when the food arrived. they gave us rice instead of fries. because they were all out. we would have been okay with that if the rice was good. it had a good smell but wasnt TASTY AT ALL. now coming to the main thing. the FISH! IT WAS HORRIBLE. IT WAS CRISPY OUTSIDE AND SOFT INSIDE WHICH IS GOOD BUT HAD NO TASTE WHAT SO EVER. we tried to use salt, honey mustard sauce, white sauce, lemon. Nothing made it taste good. NOTHING and it had a wired smell of masala that we get in maggie noodles. None of us could finish the whole thing, it was that bad.
I also took the chocolate milkshake. it wasn't good either. it tasted like chocolate horlicks. and its really expensive.( 300 tk with out vat ) where as you can get amazing shakes in other places like tabaq for...
