A hidden vegan gem! Note: he is not in a food truck anymore so the location listed on google maps is now incorrect. Use the other location on the maps labelled "Papa Earl’s - Rasta Ital Vegetarian/Vegan Mobile & Home Cooked Meals". He serves out of his home on the same main road by the hotel. The only landmark are rasta coloured garbage cans with a blue car in the driveway. Not kidding! We had delicious rice, beans veggies and some kind of "fry" which was delicious. Set menu - you are only asked for how many. Huge portions. Nicest fellow. Just walk up the driveway and there's a window to the right...
