We visited this restaurant as a group of four around 8pm and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, there was no one to greet us, so we had to choose our own table. It took around eight minutes before someone approached us, and when the male waiter finally did, he informed us he could only take our drink order, while the female waitress would be responsible for the food. The issue? She was standing across the street smoking a cigarette instead of attending to guests.
This left us waiting unnecessarily, and it gave the impression that service and customer care were not a priority. With only two waitstaff covering the entire restaurant, the service felt disorganized and unprofessional from the start... But I guess is very normal to receive this...
