I went to this store to redeem the birthday gift for Neuhaus insider. Despite the’125g’ box, the male clerk scanned my code but only gave me the funny size testing.

The chocolate is very good. However, what kind of soiled the experience for me was the service. I was there on 19th august at around 5 o clock. The Clerk was very eager to sell me some gift boxes to get me out of the shop. I felt like a nuisance. I know its still my decision and i could have been more assertive, but why do i need to be assertive in an expensive chocolate shop. Chose your employees...

This has to be one of the nicest little shops I’ve ever seen. They give you a little taster chocolate, and when you buy anything, they give you a little chocolate gift for free. The people who work there are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Super friendly, unbelievably polite and very welcoming. If you want good chocolate. Visit this place. It’s pricy but it’s...
