🔴Never again🔴
I visited the Pizza Hut in Antwerp again today for their Thursday All You Can Eat offer, which starts at 5:30 PM. I had been there around five months ago and had a great experience back then – you could help yourself to both soup and salad, followed by unlimited pizza and desserts.
This time, however, everything had changed without any clear notice. When we helped ourselves to the soup, we were immediately told – in a rather rude way – that we could only choose either soup or salad, not both. We already had soup in our bowls. Had we known that in advance, we would have chosen salad instead.
Later on, when I went to the salad bar for a second helping, a staff member came over in an unfriendly and unpleasant manner, asking if I had already been to the salad bar. When I said yes, he told me I was not allowed to go a second time. That’s really not what I would call All You Can Eat. Apparently, you can only get one portion of either soup or salad – and only once.
To top it off, desserts are now limited to one per person too, even though last time we could order multiple. There are no signs or explanations anywhere in the restaurant that explain these limitations. I only found the small print later online – but how are customers supposed to know this in-store?
I’m very disappointed. If the rules have changed, that’s fine – but then clearly communicate them to your guests, and don’t treat them like they’re doing something wrong when they simply don’t know. Sadly, I won’t be...
Read moreHow they can call it pizza ? I don't really know that ! It is for Sure American Pizza so please Pizza Hut put it in your Logo ( 1 disgusting pizza 18 € ) One of the pizza was no cooked inside, the appetizers/starter, Jalapenos & Onion Rings were floffy and really no nice at all . Ridiculous Apple pie, I think we waited 20 minutes for that and the place was almost closing, try to order it ! Service really slow and not attentive . The unique nice thing was the coffee, well done ! Recently I was thinking how can be possible that the most famous eating places are those one where you don't find good food at all but you just find junk food, the staff is clearly unhappy and stressed, there isn't a good hospitality concept at all and so many more weak points that I could write until night. By the way the problem are the people/customers that still go to eat in this places that are not even cheap for what they serve ! So why you still continue to go ??? Because is it maybe cool ? I don't think so ... I bet many people will feel shame to say that they go every day to Mcdonald ... PEOPLE OPEN YOU EYES PLEASE !!!! MCDONALD, BURGER KING, PIZZA HUT, STARTBUCKS etc. ... they sell really bad food and you buy it for a very high price ! Well done ! Spend your money in the "little" and independent restaurants and cafeteria places instead...
Read moreFirst off, I don't eat Pizza Hut much but I do love the pizzas so it's a nice treat now and then. And a fun throwback to the 2000s. The restaurant is nice and clean and makes me feel nostalgic.
However this store... It was evening and mostly empty. It took forever to get someone's attention. When they came up, they said, "We'll get someone to you..." we already knew what we wanted because we'd been waiting so long why are you making it longer?
Eventually we ordered. Beer came fast so that's good.
But then two other tables came after us. And got their food before us. It started to feel like they'd forgotten. I had to ask at least twice. Eventually the food came, but having worked in a similar restaurant myself, I could tell they had been left under the heat lamps for a while. And please remember: there were a lot of staff, but very few customers.
Maybe I'm used to the Pizza Huts in other countries, but the portions were ridiculously small for what they cost (12 for a tiny pizza with 3 sad pieces of chicken!). We had a pizza each. We were still starving hungry after and neither of us are big eaters.
I definitely won't get Pizza Hut here again. Would advise to avoid it. Really, really bad service....
