SUPERB. FABULOUS. I don't know where to start. From the moment you enter you feel like you are in a romantic, old-timey but cosy and warm place. Not just by the antique decoration and nostalgic jazz music, but by the owners, who are so attentive and accomodating. We arrived super late (10pm), escaping the rain, with no reservation and they had no more food left but were able to still serve us a few tapas and drinks that were absolutely delicious. It is simple and healthy food, but executed extremely well. It is spacious yet cosy and intimate and time goes by so slowly because you are relaxed yet so quickly because you are enjoying yourself so much. The prices are extremely affordable and even more for the quality of food and service. The food is 100% vegan, homemade and delicious. We didnt try all the tapas or any of the wines.....but we made a reservation for tomorrow so we intend to do so before we leave 😏
And by the way its nearly impossible to find vegetarian/vegan food in Bruges, and far less an establishment that is exclusively vegan. SUPPORT LOCAL and...
Read moreWe went here for the food art and music. We got food only. We enjoyed the range of tastes and excellent presentation on the tasting plate. Value for money reasonable. However dont expect artwork or live music, as advertised there was nothing. A piano sits there unplayed, not sure when someone actually plays live music. The atmosphere was thus flat as a pancake. The streamed music did not work most of the evening due to wifi problems from the owners phone ( not acceptable after 1.5 months of opening) and they then played Christmas songs in mid February! For a venue that advertises live music, hardly impressive. They moved mid December 2022 and it still appears unfinished on the walls with wires sticking out and nowhere to go. They did not reply to my pre visit enquiries on their webpage which is very slow and is not an accurate representation. Shame it could be so much more, but if its just the veggie vegan food you want...
Read moreVery romantic and cosy atmosphere with nice and welcoming hosts. The owners welcomed my 2 dogs and myself in the restaurant and gave us a beautiful and tranquil table with candle lights and very artistic decor. The food was simply extraordinary! I was not hungry at all and I just went there to try out something different and have a little walk with the dogs, before bedtime. I ordered a soup which blew my mind, it was so delicate of exquisite flavours that I had to order something else, so I also tried the arancini, one of my favourite dishes, the arancini at Atelier Flori are even better than the ones my mum used to make when I was a child, unbelievable ! Definitely a place to try. The food is fresh and very high quality, small nice portions for those who love and value quality, freshness and original flavours. I cannot recommend it...
