DON'T GO - Tourist Trap This place is absolutely overpriced, staff is rushing and not friendly. We were refused breakfast as it was "sold out" as the rude waitress said even though it was before 11.30 also not sure how they can be sold out as breakfast is hot beverage, ham and cheese and bread which is served all day in sandwich etc... My only explanation is to force us to order something more expensive. Which is pretty bad and terrible customer service. Food overall was ok but 17e for 3 eggs with lardons is a bit of a joke. My waffle was ok but frankly it's the topping that made it, waffle itself was pretty average. Also coffee is made from those automatic coffee machine and taste rubbish ! Not priced at automated coffee price though EDIT AFTER OWNER REPLIED TO PROVE THIS IS CORRECT: Please see photo that shows we were there, coffee is overprice and machine made, eggs are 16.50 not 17 but pretty similar. Also you can see the photo of the menu stating breakfast is normally available until 11.30 and made of items that are sold all day. I'm sorry you don't like the review but maybe up your game instead of saying this is fake. Also be better to answer in the language your review is in.

Wonderful place for a light lunch, big, airy, air conditioned, pleasant staff and atmosphere, food was fabulous. I think those complaining about the light waffles haven't appreciated that it's not like a heavy British waffle. They're big, but very light and freshly made. Surprisingly perfect for a light meal. If you want want one of the stomach sinking waffles, go into the over developed tourist centre, where every third shop sells them. I had the spring rolls, which came with a small, crunchy and juicy salad, with a mustard vinegarette dressing, and sweet chilli sauce. I'm gutted only found this place on our last day here. It's out of the bustle of the centre and it's peaceful and relaxing. Fully recommended.

After looking for a croque Monsieur place in Bruges that was open before 11:30 we found this Cafe. The menu shows that they serve a croque monsieur but unfortunately only after 11:30, so we ordered a coffee and waited patiently. After finishing the coffee already for 25 minutes we had to get up and ask if we could order something else and ordered the double croque monsieur. Since it was €15 we expected at least a toastie with some bechamel sauce on top but unfortunately we got a cheap toastie with cheap supermarket bread and a side salad with a dressing with no flavor (see photo). We were very disappointed to have wasted our time waiting for a lack of service and low quality food. I would not recommend going here.

We were in Brugge for the first time and wanted to get a nice Belgian waffle. We arrived at this establishment and after 10 minutes of waiting we sat down at a table and ordered some waffles to share. The server then proceeds to tell us that we are obligated to each order our own individual drink. If we did not do that they would kick us out because people are waiting. We then wanted to share a pot of tea but the server said we were not allowed to share since “this pot is not for sharing and you NEED to order your own drink”. The server said it in such a rude and mean way, we were genuinely shocked by her behaviour. Afterwards we forcibly ordered our drinks. We got the waffles and they were dry and thin, there was barely enough substance for it to sit on the tip of my fork. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, don’t go here. Not to mention the waffle was 13 euros and way...
