The Letzz — Restaurant in Bruges

The barman had a literal fight with us. He brought up our ethnicity as well between swearing. The reason that he brought up ethnicity in this , baffles me . I’m absolutely shocked! Rude from the start but gave him a chance. Our drinks were as weak as possible , and we wanted to ask for one of them to be amended. I called the Barman once to get his attention and he turned extremely rudely that he heard me. I was shocked for a sec cause I did not understand exactly what I did to bother him so much. He came very pissed off and ready for a fight. Completely unprovoked. The attack towards us as a group was one of the most disgusting things I’ve seen. He poured our drinks to the sink saying that he does not give a tuck that we did not like the drinks and telling us that he has never had an issue in his “long” 3 year experience. Tried reasoning with him but he kept using the word tuck again and again to refer to our group. He obviously has some issues that he needs to sort out. What an awful night I had.

First I came in, but was ignored by the manager while he choose music to be played so I left.

I happened to meet two locals who insisted the place was good and so I went for a final drink of the evening.

While I was there I asked for food and notified them I could not eat nuts. I was assured there was no nuts, but when I took a bite immediately I had a reaction and we found out the item had walnuts.

The worst part was because my reaction was slow they did not believe me and thought I was lying. Finally an ambulance came and took me away.

I was in the hospital from 11:35pm-5am all because they did not check the food.

Disappointing attitude and condescending tone from the bar staff. Asked for a margarita (most universally known cocktail on the planet) and told they could not make one, suggest they do not call themselves a cocktail bar if they cannot make a margarita in future.
