This little shop has been in the family for generations and you sence the spirtis of previous inhabitants when entering. Take some cheese rols home to warm up for lunch. This time I picked out the chedar stilton and a soft white cowmilk cheese for my guests and the devoured it completely. They sell excellent fresh bread as well. Not cheap but worth every sent. My compliments to an authentic and well run shop . Oh another thing, she goes to france twice a month to fetch some hand...

One of the great old and established cheese and charcuterie places in Bruges. Wonderful selection of chees and cold meats. Try the tangy Oude Brugse kaas, so much better than Gouda and also the new softer and smoother Ensor cheese from Oostende. Wonderful...
