I went to eat there one time to meet someone in the evening.

I had an excellent tea and had the nems. The nems are absolutely to die for: superthin yet crunchy, well-stuffed and not too sweet. It comes with a sweet and sour sauce which was homemade, and because of that it was not too sweet as usually sweet and sour sauces tend to be. The gentleman also brought me the spicy sauce from a bottle which worked well too. The nems come with lettuce and fresh mint which make for a welcome refreshing combo. I definitely recommend these.

I also had the curry. This was superb: a reasonable portion, a variety of veggies and the curry is just right with enough spice and spiciness and that lovely freshness that souteast asian cuisines are known for. I also added some of the homemade chili sauce, and I usually hold back with spicy things but I let loose with that one because it was so delicious.

That's the food. The hospitality is excellent too: we were warmly welcomed, well looked after, and the gentleman spoke French, English and Dutch.

For lunch they can get quite busy I have seen, and it is not a big place, so I actually recommend going a bit before 12.30 or after 14, or simply for dinner for the same experience we had. Given the EU presence, they may go along with that work rhythm and might be closed for holiday times and such. Something to keep in mind.

I recently dined at Tourane Fresh and Pure, a Vietnamese restaurant that truly lives up to its name. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the excellent service. The staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and ensured that every aspect of our meal was perfect.

Great place! The food is cheap for the area (6 Euro Banh My sandwich or 15 Euro lunch) while the ambient does not seem cheap. The food is well prepared and the portions big. While most food is made with a European clientel in mind, some food was marked as authentic Asian by the owners. I can recommend the nem particularly.
