I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic restaurant in Belgium, and I must say, the experience was simply divine. The food was truly incredible, but what really stood out to me was the extraordinary selection of traditional Belgian beers. With a choice of 33 draughts and over 300 bottled options, there was certainly no shortage of choice when it came to my beverage of choice. And let me tell you, the atmosphere in the restaurant was just perfect for enjoying a cold brew.

But beyond the impressive beer selection, the food was equally impressive. The steak tartare was especially noteworthy - an absolute must-try for anyone visiting this restaurant. And every other dish I sampled was simply delightful. The ingredients are clearly carefully selected and the flavors were perfectly balanced.

This place is a great easy cozy option for any type of date or dinner with different food options tones of drink options that will guarantee anyone going here will have their compatible drink. This place has a huge beer menu. One of the biggest I’ve ever seen. I was happily excited to see that they had my favorite sweet beer ‘Pecheresse’, one that I recommend everyone who likes sweet beers to try. They have a Beer Encyclopedia to give you very helpful information about all the beers on their menu which is just excellent. I was also pleasantly surprised that they had “sweet wine” written in their wine menu section because it’s quite hard to find sweet wines in restaurants in general. The wine? Myself and my partner had a great time at Bier central, we were struggling for a place to find and as soon as we saw this place just jumped right in.

The interior decor was fascinating, very stylish and unique which added to the whole ambiance of having beer in Belgium.

Out waitress Lucy was amazing, patient and helpful recommending beers and how we should proceed with low % to highest % when drinking. We ordered 4 each to try and the sizes were very reasonable for €12 each paddle. Beer is subjective to taste, we enjoyed most, loved and couple and drank them all. The food on the menu felt a bit expensive, Lucy was helpful and advised that if we were hungry some of the menu items wouldn't be filling for us, so in the end we got a mixer platter which went perfectly well with the beer tasting.
