Convenient location to the trains, and a decent selection of items typically found in their larger stores. Located one level above the platforms, close the large staircase that exits the station.

The staff was very friendly, and worked quickly. They spoke English as well which was helpful for me.

They had a decent selection of pastries, pre-made sandwiches, pasta salads, yogurt, fruit cups / fresh fruits, and other pre made dishes. Lots of drinks as well. They had hot soup available which would be lovely on cold days. (Which are frequent in Belgium of course.)

Be sure to ask the staff for your silverware at checkout. They’ll give you exactly what you need in a little baggie with napkins.

I’ll post a picture with the prices of the items we bought this time. The Cesar salad was delicious! Chicken was very tasty and the Parmesan was sooooo good! The sandwich bread was perfectly crusty outside and soft inside.

They offer take out bags or they have a small number of chairs/ tables...

I've been going to this place 3-4 times per week for a couple of months. Now, while writing, I'm eating one of their sandwiches.

I have to say that I'm impressed by the service, especially by one of the employees, a young lad who's always professional, fast, polite to each client, changing from one language to the other with ease and having an overall good attitude. Life would be easier if everyone would do their job so well.

The food and products can be a bit pricey, but I was never disappointed by the quality. There's something for everyone. Vegan options, vegetarian options, meals, salads, wraps, and the Italian sandwich with tartar, which is my option and I'm kindly asking everyone reading this to leave one for me in the morning. Pretty please. Haha.

I bought a panini chicken and curry. It was just a panini with curry sauce without chicken. I didn't find a single piece of chicken 😅😅😅😭😭😭😭😡😡😡🤬😡🤬😠 If I would have known it I could have made another choice instead of paying for empty calories. 4.70€ for just a piece of bread is not justified. Update: I went to complain about the absence of chicken. The cashier verified in its container that indeed it was just sauce without chicken... But other than that no refund or any sort of compensation. No shame either 😅😅 but by that time I read your reviews so... I will gladly return to receive at least a...
