Impérial Cabaret — Restaurant in Brussels

Beautiful classy bar let down by things that can/should be fixed. Cant buy a glass of wine or prosecco ! The only Champagne by the glass was Moet. And downstairs a big space sectioned off with a rope as 'VIP' with no one there, so wasted space. Make all your customers feel better please by giving more space as the bar is small and crowded already. And downstairs I asked to buy the same glass of champagne I had bought upstairs and was told that I could only buy a full bottle downstairs. This kind of stuff is for uncool people who want a fake sense of exclusivity.

Totally confused about the door policy. First holding people for no reason to create an unnecessary queue as many clubs do, to attract others, and then later on letting too many people in, causing overcrowding.

And who calls a bar 'Premium' 'Imperial' 'Private' ? Uncool name...

Nothing imperial, just a cheap money trap.

2 Euros for each coats charged at the vestiaire, only bottle of champagne (costs minimum 120 Euros) is accepted as a fix order and you can order the drink you want only after that. Both in the bar upstairs and basement so called concert it is the case.

We were told the bar food is serviced but there was no food at all. It is no fun to drink champagne without any foods. Such a disorganisation.

Once a month "concert" is in the basement interruptted by fire alarm couple of times. Safety hazard !

The crowd was not respectful to the musicians. Too many too loud and drunk people and no intervention by the management. Musicians had breaks at every two songs.

In many ways, it didn't feel safe and pleasant.

Amazing spot at the heart of Brussels. From great staff to amazing cocktails this establishment manages to create a great and enjoyable atmosphere through out the whole night. The live music adds a great touch and the downstairs area that opens after midnight will provide a nice dose of fun to your night life. The clientele compares with the place, having polite people coming after work for a good time. It might be hard to get in but once you do you will straight up realize why they are being selective at the door, this helps maintain that great and secure environment that everybody can enjoy.
