Plumette — Restaurant in Brussels

We had a private event at Plumette to celebrate our engagement. What a night - Armand, Hakim and Robi were absolutely sensational! Right from pre-event venue set up where they were kind, accommodating and excited, till the end of the event (which was hours after the official finish time), they made the evening unforgettable for us. Each of our guests commented on how wonderful their service with a smile always was, as well as the great quality of drinks and food. It goes without saying that Plumette itself is a stunning space - both indoor and outdoor. The DJ recommended by Plumette was also great and kept our guests on the dance floor and the party going till late into the night (morning!). The team also made sure our star moments of the evening went without a hitch - in particular the cake cutting with music and toast with all our guests. This was a very special evening for us and we could not be more delighted with our choice of Plumette. Thank you from the bottom...

Plumette is a gem! If you enjoy cocktails this is a must visit!!

It’s a small operation of folks who truly enjoy cocktails, and they do an outstanding job. They have a great menu. You can get the classics as well as new creations, including both modern classics and things off the beaten path. They are extremely knowledgeable and can make most anything (I had a life changing martini here).

The owner and his wife are a reference to the love story in Beauty and the Beast for which bar is named after.

The atmosphere is cozy with maybe 15 or so seats inside and more outside. You will feel transported into a time capsule when you enter.

I’ve passed by this place everyday for three months to and from work and never stopped in until I got stuck on the elevator and had to walk down with a friend of the owner who was on her way here.

She invited me in and was very happy that she did. The owner speaks a little English and is very kind. The place has a speak easy vibe and the drinks are made fresh with fresh ingredients. I regret not stopping in sooner as I’m leaving Brussels soon.

It is small with only 18 seats inside (including 4 barstools), but there is outside seating as well. It’s so cozy! Pricing is on par for what I expect of craft cocktails, so no complaints there.
