I do not recommend this place, from the moment one everything was bad, the wait time to be seated having a reservation, then waiting at least 10 minutes for a simple bottle of water and to take our order, the same to wait for a simple wine menu that we ordered and never arrived, The most shameful thing about this is that they sat us next to a table where all the menus are and she never came over to bring us the menu and it ended up being someone else who gave us the menu but then we could never order anything because she never came back. Until she came back with the appetizers and in fact she didn't even ask about our drinks and continued serving her other tables without a problem, which you could see that she always came back to ask and kept them attentive. Our server was rude because it was obvious that her treatment and making us wait was on purpose, and it was clear on our part that we were annoyed and not enjoying. Even between starters and the main course we were rationing water because we had nothing to drink and when she finally asked us we simply wanted to leave the place, which obviously also had a wait because since she never came back to our table to ask us anything, we had to ask the person who was clearing our plates if we could pay, in all this time she also never appeared and thinking that in a normal restaurant they should offer desserts etc. We even complain to someone else that was very sorry but that was all, It has been the worst experience we have ever had in a restaurant, and not to mention that the food was quite average but with service like that even if the food was good I still wouldn't have anything good to say. If that's how you guys are expecting to sell, by not attending your tables and keeping them empty more than half of the time that we were there, good luck with that...

We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary and discover this stunning location. It was a catastrophy ! We were greeted extremely coldly by the waitress and when we asked if we could have a cocktail on the terrace, she said they were overbooked and it would not be possible. Then she put us on a table in the farthest corner and left us with some menu’s and we waited for 15 minutes, nobody came to take our drinks order. My wife went outside to look at the stunning view from the terrace where several tables were empty.. She came back 5 minutes later and we waited another 10 minutes. No waiter, no drinks, nothing… I lost my patience and we left without having had the chance to order anything. The lady said “thank you and goodbye”, as if we had had a complete dinner.. she did not even care to excuse herself for the lack of service ! Definitely this was the worst restaurant experience we had in the last decade in Brussels ! It does not suffice to have a well decorated restaurant with a stunning view. If you don’t have polite and friendly staff and good service, you don’t have a restaurant ! Exteremely disappointed in this place, don’t waste your time here !! The contrast could not be bigger when a little bit later we where at another trendy restaurant with a stunning view, friendly staff, and immediately got our cocktails and where even we got a free glass of champagne as well for our wedding...

The food is full of flavor, and the price-to-quality ratio is good. It’s more on the expensive side, definitely, but for what you get in return as an experience, it seems very much worth it. The cocktails? Absolutely delicious. But what really sets this place apart is the service. Yes, as with any new spot, there are occasional minor hiccups with timing or follow-up. But what stands out is the team’s genuine warmth and dedication to making you feel welcome. They clearly care about creating a memorable experience.
