The service and atmosphere were so bad, that we were considering getting up and leaving at some point. On our arrival, there were obviously no orders since the place was empty and we haven’t ordered yet, somehow a piece of bread was set on fire in the kitchen, the ventilation wasn’t working, they had to ventilate via an open door, the whole place was covered in smoke and burn smell. It was just grotesque. We made a reservation for 5, but one of our friends couldn’t come due to a bad migraine and another friend was late. So when we decided to order the first round while waiting for her, we got a « oh you’re only 3? But you made a reservation for 5! » comment. A MINIMUM of 2 tapas per person is recommended, and while we could have appreciated some suggestions since we didn’t order that many, the waitress was only pressuring us to order more. We were the ONLY table for most of the time, yet we had to work hard to get the waitress’ attention aside from her phone. Upon us finishing our meal (1h before closing time) the stuff gathered all the pots and pans on a table next to ours, very « gently » letting us know it’s time to leave, through the unbearable sound of the kitchenware inventory. The food was fine but not exceptional and with this hospitality no food will make it worth it to come again. I rarely felt so unwelcome in a restaurant, so I wont ever be returning and I would highly recommend against...
Read moreAbsolute joke, extremely dissapointed, don't listen to the other reviews. Prices are absolutely illegal, forcing you to take 2 tapas that go from 13€ up to 28€, very basic and uncreative/very little actual spanish cuisine choices in the tapas menu, cocktails are basic and poorly executed. Service is really slow and they messed up so often bringing other dishes, drinks and a bottle of wine to our tables, completely forgot about one dish, even when I asked twice for them and got told it was arriving directly. We were five and tasted a total of 7 tapas, 2 were unedible (artichoke were incredibly salty, marinated salmon tasted of cheap soy sauce and had no flavour appart from salt and soy sauce) and only 2 tapas were okay (patatas bravas and garlic scampis) the rest were nothing that someone who can't cook couldn't make at home. For those prices I'd expect either at least decent service or incredibly good tasting food, we got bad service and incredibly bad food. Asked for the bill before getting the dish we didn't receive, they did take it off the final bill, and we had to wait more than 30 minutes for them to give us the bill. Terrible experience, would actively discourage anyone to go to that place, payed a total of 276.5 for 5 people and we ended up all being incredibly dissapointed, would have rather gone to mc donald. Don't go there, just greedy owners and...
Read moreI was really excited to try this restaurant, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. While the place is small and cozy, they seated us at a table directly in front of the restroom entrance, plus where staff were constantly passing by to pick up food or drop off dishes at the kitchen. It wasn’t the most comfortable or private dining experience.
On top of that, they didn’t accept our Fork 50% reservation, and the staff’s response to this was quite rude. The prices were also surprising—quite high for tapas, especially considering they require a minimum of two tapas per person. While some dishes looked generous, the ones we ordered were not. For instance, a small octopus dish for €28, served in the size of a typical tapa, felt overpriced, even though it tasted good.
Overall, on a busy Friday night, we left feeling disappointed by the service, the seating, and the high prices that didn’t match the...
