My visit to Sushi World in Brussels was an absolute delight from start to finish! From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. But what truly stole the show was the food—oh, the food! I decided to go all out and treat myself to the Grand Sashimi World platter, and it was an experience I won't soon forget.
The platter featured an exquisite selection of tuna, salmon, white fish, and mackerel sashimi. Each piece was a testament to the chef's dedication to quality. The fish was incredibly fresh, practically melting in my mouth with every bite. The flavors were vibrant and the textures were perfectly balanced, making for a truly remarkable culinary adventure.
While I initially had my heart set on trying the Snow roll with truffle, I was informed that truffle was not available. But I must say, the disappointment was short-lived because the Foie Gras roll I ended up ordering exceeded all expectations. The fusion of flavors in the roll was a testament to the chef's creativity and skill. The foie gras added a luxurious touch to the roll, and the overall taste was a beautiful symphony of flavors, with each component complementing the others harmoniously.
What stood out even more was the delicate balance of flavors throughout the meal. It was evident that the chefs at Sushi World take great care in crafting dishes that not only taste amazing but also reflect a deep understanding of flavor profiles. The attention to detail was truly commendable.
The service was equally impressive, with the staff being attentive and knowledgeable. They were more than happy to guide me through the menu and suggest alternatives when certain ingredients weren't available. Their passion for delivering a memorable dining experience was evident in every interaction.
Leaving Sushi World, I couldn't help but already plan my return. This restaurant has undoubtedly earned a special place on my list of favorites. If you're looking for a place that offers not only exceptional sushi but also an unforgettable culinary journey, Sushi World in Brussels should be at the top...
Read moreNever again! They lost us as customers. This happened on 12Jun24. We arrived at Sushi World 30 minutes before closing time and although they said we could still come in, the person in charge (a woman, not the guy who´s always there) practically rushed us out before we finished our meals. Just 10 minutes after ordering and served, she bluntly asked if we would pay cash or card, as if wanting us to leave quickly. While the food is good, the poor service and impatience of the person in charge to close ruined our dinner. It seemed like they wanted to close early that day despite officially being open until 10pm. Such a shame, as the owner has always been very kind on previous occasions. I would not recommend going so close to closing time unless you want to feel rushed out of the place. I hope this attitude was an isolated case and not the norm. We will be spreading the word to friends about this poor treatment. It's unfortunate as they have lost some frequent customers due to this experience. With better service, we would have remained...

LOCATION!.
