Glacier Bargello — Restaurant in Brussels

The ice cream is excellent. I’ve particularly loved Tiramisù flavor (which was just like the dessert itself, with pieces of Savoiardi inside) and the chocolate sorbet, since the flavor of chocolate was so intense and dark. Crema Vespucci very good as well. I didn’t ask for it at the beginning since I thought it was an ice cream flavour, but it was not written on the list when we arrived there. Eventually, the waiter told us that it is not included among the ice creams, they sell it in separate mini glasses (you can find it in the fridge). For what concerns the service, the guy is very nice and kind! He was keen to know the opinion of all his customers, he truly cares about the freshness of the ingredients and the quality of the products. Only remark: it is a little expensive. But ice cream in Brussels does cost a lot in general (I can’t understand why...), so at least this is a good one!! Will go back very often in the summertime :)

According to a gelato expert: "An outstanding range of flavours delivered by friendly and helpful staff. The quality shows through in the texture and strength of flavours plus the selection of vegan options is really good. However I had the salted caramel that was a little over-sweet and lacked the saltiness to balance it.

Despite that this is a top notch place selling amazing, authentic gelato which is exemplified by its popularity, it was so good I went back and got another one! .
