PhoPho Rogier — Restaurant in Brussels

Noodles were overcooked and the beef almost not cooked at all. The broth was closer to vegetable oil than to an actual broth. One of the worst phở I've ever tried. On top of that the lady which I assume is the owner basically tricked us into buying the food, not even giving us enough time to look at the menu. Finally pho in Europe that isn't bland and actually tastes meaty. Beef pho was great and broth comparable to decent places in North America.

Not sure about the bad reviews but I would ignore those that are about food items that are clearly not even close to being vietnamese or those about vegetarian/sea food items which are not normally something you would order at...
