Never going here again, me and my friends were just sitting outside and a couple of girls who we don’t know were doing substances and had to be carried away with an ambulance. We just happened to sit at the spot they were because it was free and one of the servers came up to us accusing us of doing substances and even went as far as making comments about how we still had white lines at our noses. We DON’T do drugs. We were shook by the way he said it, with a smile on his face. Afterwards they told us that they would call the police, and we said they should. A wonderful bar located at one of Ghent's great historic squares, the Vrijdagmarkt. Café VenTura doesn't offer the widest variety of drinks, but will definitely satisfy anyone in search of refreshment and delightful atmosphere. During summer, its terras allows for comfortable basking in the sun. In winter, it transforms into a more cosy setting, accompanied by warmth and ambient lighting. VenTura is a bar for all ages, but is especially popular with young adults, adding up to its vibrant character. The QR code ordering system is very efficiënt and pleasant to use. Edgy bar in the center of Gent. Nice to order something to drink and hang out, both inside under the umbrellas on a nice summer day or inside with a very edgy modern look. The service was at the bar, meaning that nobody will come to take the orders. We had to find out there because we were waiting and waiting, nobody from the staff thought to come and tell us tourists.
