I have bought a superfood salad for 13,90€ which was a really sad experience. For this price I would expect a satisfying salad, that fills me up (coz yes salads can be filling) and that is tasty. It was just a small bowl of salad base with humble portion of quinoa & seeds with avocado and hummus (like half a tablespoon). It was underseasoned, plain, lacking a dressing, lacking flavour, lacking creativity, totally boring. I was given a small bun with it, I found that to be just not suitable at all with it, like am I suppose to stuff myself with dry bread to not get hungry after eating that plain salad? I would say it was a regular plain side salad I could get literally anywhere for half the price. Read moreThe restaurant itself looks nice to the eye and the waiters seemed to be a little bored but were also not very friendly. Unfortunately the gentle disinterest was noticeable in the food, too. We ordered their two "best burgers". The bun was crispy but everything else was plain ordinary without any taste. The patty was a fat-saturated mush and there was no texture to recognise at all.
Are you afraid to use spices and what about to take some kitchen roll in order to serve a patty that does not contain so muche grease?
