A nice location with friendly staff. What we can only assume is the owner was also very accommodating and was giving extra information about the beer and hot pot device.

The appetizers we had (Bao Buns & Okonomiyaki skewers) were really tasty as well as the Kyoto Mule. The hot pot on the other hand was really underwhelming, especially for the steep price. The broth had little flavor even with taking the 'spicy option'. The meat also comes unmarinated so combined with the broth having little flavor the entire dish was very bland. It's popularity stems mostly from novelty I assume.

We regret not having more appetizers, curry or kushikatsu as we believe those would have been...

It was by strolling that I discovered this beautiful gem. I'm a huge fan of Korean streetfood, so I had to try it out! Together with my friend we chose the Spicy Tuna Onigiri and the Hotpot. The food was absolutly delicious. The Onigiri was fresh and tasty. And the hotpot,... it was sooo good! Not spicy but yet very flavorful. The amount of food we got was perfect. We had food enough and didn't have to order extra's. The service was also great, the owner was very friendly and nice. He took the time to explain to us what our options were. We were very happy with the experience and will be visiting again! I surely recommend...

We had a wonderful time at Kushi Katsu, the owner is a very friendly man who is happy to teach you everything about Asian cuisine. He always gave us an explanation for every dish, why asias eat coleslaw etc. Really friendly.

The food was also really good. The Gyoza were among the best I ever ate, and the onigiri was amazing, certainly with their soy sauce. The soy sauce was one of the best I've ever had. The main course was also good and tasty.

The atmosphere brings you in a trendy, flashy Asian style, which is also cool.

Will...

STAY AWAY - What a DISGRACE to asian food. Decor and shop looked promising, but the food was an utter letdown. The ramen was subpar and the portion was TINY. Ramen egg was sour??? Pork tonkatsu was not fresh and was definitely frozen. Rice was sour again. Honestly every element of the meal was so bad it almost seemed intentional. Never again.

Had tonkatsu ramen, super tiny portion it’s prolly for kids lol. Pork katsu nothing remarkable, lacked of taste and texture but hit the spot. Onigiri 🍙 was surprisingly good! Overall quite pleasant experience with the service and ambiance. Food quality was decent at best considering there weren’t many Asian locally
