Oh wow, what an *experience* — if by experience you mean waiting forever for awful food and being completely ignored by clueless staff, then bravo! We started with samosas that must have been made during the last century. They were so stale, I’m pretty sure they had a permanent spot in someone’s freezer. And yes, they had the genius idea to serve them with a slice of orange and kiwi. Because who doesn’t want fruit with fried pastries? Revolutionary. Our tea took 45 minutes to show up. But hey, the red wine and mango lassi were served right away — in the wrong order, of course. Apparently, the staff missed the memo on how food and drinks are supposed to be served. I had to literally remind them to serve the tea. What a concept! Then the biryani arrived — made with regular rice. As an Indian, I can confidently say this is not biryani; it’s just rice pretending to be biryani. The chicken looked like it had been boiled to death and tasted about as exciting as cardboard. I left every piece untouched. Dessert was “hot” gulab jamun, but it was lukewarm at best and tasted like they had given up halfway. Two hours from ordering to paying the bill, filled with frustration, bad food, and terrible service — all wrapped up in one giant disappointment. If you want authentic Indian food in Belgium, look literally anywhere else. Seriously, just eat a burger and save yourself the pain. At the end they say that the feedback doesn't matter to them.

Ordered takeaway via their own website. It said "order successful" but I didn't receive any text or email confirmation so I wasn't sure if it was really accepted. Decided to just go to the restaurant. The girl who speaks English was nice. Told me they don't have lamb left, which was fine but they could have informed me when I ordered. Got chicken instead. Ended up with 2 naans and 2 portions of rice so I assume rice and naan is included with the curry so I wasted 7 EUR extra on that. The portion of curry was small so I didn't even eat half a portion of rice. The curry was quite bland and the sauce was separated and extremely oily. It was supposed to be Achari but I couldn't taste pickling spices at all. Very expensive. Do not recommend.

Ambiance: The restaurant inside is clean and looks new. Music playlist makes me sleepy. Price: Pretty much pricey for what it is. Portion and 4 small slice pieces of naan and rice Food: Food is tasty my husband said. But for me the Chicken Tikka Masala is missing some ingrédient. It is more yogourt sauce than the spices. The rice are cooked with lots of greasy butter. Service: Service is nice but quite long. We aren't in busy evening Monday dinner and not a lot of people either. Overall, it is nice place to have a warm food for late evening dinner especially when majority of restaurant aren't serving very late. It is not justifiable the price for what it is.

I went there with my girlfriend to eat for dinner on 16th of May, as we were told it's a good place. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I ever had. We waited a long time. When we asked, it was obvious they forgot about us. The food looked good, but we saw that our chicken was undercooked. We ordered a Chicken Tikka Masala. We tried to talk to the waitresses, but we were told it is not undercooked and supposed to look that way. I couldn't eat, but my girlfriend tried it. Not long after, she threw up in our hotel room because of food poisoning. Also, we were really worried about the rats in the area when we ate there. The door was open the whole time, and the area is known for a bigger rat population. The overall vibe was really weird. The people working there were annoyed whenever we tried to talk to them, and it's absolutely overpriced. I would not recommend this restaurant even...

We went to Laila, ghent... We had a train to catch hence we packed our food(biryani) . And there were some dishes which we had over there... The vibes were amazing... But the food was not upto the mark... The only thing I liked was the naan... We ordered lucknow chicken korma which tasted awful.. They added mustard seed to the gravy which was tasting bitter😠... And i am not finding words to describe their biryani... They used the same chicken and left over rice and packed in a box.... Rice was chewy and dried as hell.... Actually they might have served the wgood food but as since they were aware that these are not local residents and leaving in a hurry.. Hence they scammed us... Very bad experience.. Not true to our expectations if you can't serve good food you must deny that wr can't...
