The food is good, no doubt about it - but one can still feel disappointed when tucked away in a gloomy corner despite having made a reservation in time. Instead of an empathetic response to this diasapointment, we are met with arrogance ['bad luck, sir'] - and in all fairness, this is not how you would expect to be treated in such a nice restaurant. Our bottle of sparkling water turned out to be vinegar. Apparently it was they put the bottle they use to clean without a label with the other bottles. The taste was horrible but things could have been far more worse if there was another cleaning product in the bottle. We barely got apologies, the staff found it rather funny.
