PIZZA ROMA OVERPOORT — Restaurant in Ghent

Worst service ever.. Or better inexistent service.. We ordered 6 pizzas 10days ago.. 40€.. We update the delivery address which is confirmed by the confirmation email.. but they still decide to send our pizzas to the old address.. Or not at all.. After an hour we call as they promise delivery in max 45mins.. They apologize for the delay and say they will deliver soon.. We call again after half hour.. They say the delivery is heading to the old address.. We clarify and they say they will redirect the delivery.. After 2 hours we still didn't have our pizzas.. We call again and they say they don't know what happened with their delivery guy.. We ask them not to send the pizzas anymore and return the money.. Till today and after multiple attempts to get the money back by calling and recalling, we still didn't...

I have been ordering pizzas from them for years. They used to be good, but over the past 2-3 years they have been really bad. The pizzas sometimes are fine and sometimes not (very inconsistent), and when you order, 60-70% of the time the pizza arrives at your house after one hour, and cold. I will never order...

Ik had pizza roma graag persoonlijk aangeschreven, maar vond geen e-mailadres beschikbaar. Vandaar zo: online 10-tal pizza's en 4 of 5 porties lookbroodjes besteld (ja, er was hier een kinderfeestje). Na 35 min. komt er 1 (één!) pizza door (12 hongerige kids ter plaatse). "Vaker een probleem met grote bestellingen", effectief komt 25 min. later de rest door. Maar de veggies zijn blijkbaar ondertussen ook niet langer vegetarisch? Sorry, ik vond het één grote miserie en vond het jammer dat ze na de eerste fout niet eens enige tegemoetkoming maakten. Over de kwaliteit van de pizza's kan ik niet eens beoordelen gezien de kids (zoooo lang gewacht en zéér hongerig) me niet eens de kans gaven. Wij hebben vooral geprobeerd om van margherita's "veggie hawai's" te maken. Plus-side: er was hier vanalles voorzien NA het eten, maar gezien het al...
