I visit Ghent once a year for academic reasons, and a stop or two at this delightful restaurant has now become customary. This week's special was Spaghetti Octopus. The sauce was of the perfect consistency for the 'al dente' pasta. The octopus meat tender and juicy. Well paired with a Zolli Verdicchio. Maarten chef patron, changes his specials seasonally, Anna his wife manages everything impeccably. They are always ready to advise & their recipes are studied to provide their visitors with the best culinary experience possible. P.S.
