I really like their food. It's really really tasty. I understand the price in the context of the current financial situation. My only concern is the waiter : he was polite and explained us how to order but he forgot about us after serving the main meal . I don't expect much really, just for the plates to be taken away after I finish , to be asked if I would like some dessert and to be given a bill at the end of the service. After we ate our meal the plates were left on our table and just abandoned. We were never asked if we would like a dessert or a coffee. And for the bill ...I had to go to the counter to pay for the meal I don't know ...maybe I am asking for too much and there is some sort of cultural clash . Nevertheless , the food is amazing and it's worth wile visiting. The flavours deliver a big punch. You notice they have a big love for food when you taste a mere side dish and it is heavenly.
The only downside is service. Granted, we where famished when we arrived but it did take quite some time to get our food. The personnel was friendly but they where suffering from their succes.
For example, they explained it wasn't possible to have appetizers but we could order them, they would just arrive at the same time as our mains.
You will be treated fairly but do not expect to be pampered. When taking the price in consideration that is more then ok.
So let's talk price. A beer costs around €4 and a glass of wine €3,5. Food would go between €12 and €17.
You shouldn't fear you will not leave with hunger. Portion are very generous!
