What a superb little restaurant! The dishes here are ingenious and combination of ingredients which you donât think will work together are absolutely stunning. Each dish is meticulously prepared and the chefs are truly incredible. I had a new item for my entree which wasnât even on the menu yet! It was absolutely brilliant, shrimps inside a grilled roll with special mayo, pomegranate, spring onion and crispy onions to top it off. I first came across Shrimp's a few years ago and now make it a point to have at least one meal if not more at the restaurant. Thibault the chef and owner is a gem of a human being, bonus if you get to make friends with him. The menu itself is quite versatile making different applications of Shrimp's from Asian to Indian to French style. My personal favorite is the Bisque Nord main course and the croquettes in the starters. Great variety of local craft beers too. Don't miss out on...
