The ingredients are fresh and you can mix and match them, which is perfect for me. They also offer brown rice, which can't be found everywhere and goes well on the stomach.

The staff is nice, they do refer us to the machines to order if we approach them directly, but they do it nicely. And the restaurant seems to be clean. The ambience is also nice and there is plenty of space and daylight.

The portions at this restaurant are an issue for me, though. There is very little sauce in both regular and XL sizes, which can make the pokes feel a bit bland sometimes. And the quantity of food available in the XL meal at the restaurant seems to be the same as the regular size meal ordered online. Also, I got 6 cashews nuts on my plate, i wish there had been more,since I paid extra for a larger meal.

This poke restaurant is also a bit more pricey than another one nearby that has the same level of quality, but whose dishes have more sauce (which makes their pokes slightly tastier). That other restaurant also has an interesting selection of drinks.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent visit to your establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the standard I expected, and I believe it is only fair to request a refund based on the quality of service and food provided.

My review is as follows:

Presentation and Quality of Food: The dish I ordered was served in a paper!! bowl, which was unexpected and did not align with the dining experience I anticipated. Moreover, the ingredients were raw and lacked any discernible taste, only made worse by the subpar soy sauce provided. Value for Money: I paid 15€ for what can only be described as a culinary nightmare. The price did not reflect the quality or enjoyment of the meal, leaving me feeling dissatisfied and regretful...

It is a bit hard to see from the street, but the inside is gorgeous.

For people afraid of language barriers or social anxiety, there is a self order terminal inside with different languages like German, English and French. The order process also has every item with a picture so even if your language isn't listed, you could orient yourself with the pictures.

The sizes are very friendly and the large bowl easily sated me twice. If I were living here, I'd definitely would come visit and order more often!! Definitely an recommendation for a healthy alternative to fast food but...
