Sushi Box — Restaurant in Ixelles - Elsene

I am giving 1 star to because I never managed to make it to order. Whenever it rains the stairs to get down get very slippery and, being Brussels, that happens very often. I stepped in and fell very badly on the stairs on broke my ligament. The slippery sign was not up and the employers did not give a damn about me. None of them even asked me how I was doing, so I just left, called a taxi and went home. Luckily I had a friend with me that helped me. A similar thing happened to a friend of mine (different day but still rainy) and to another person the same day. Luckily, they only managed to ger out of it with a laugh and some bruises.

The food is very good by I never managed to taste it there because, as I said, I never made it to the counter. I had it home some other times and it's worth it.

Great little place for sushi, extremely cost effective and friendly, attentive staff. The unaki was delicious and hot with nice compliments, the sashimi was tasty and fresh, the sushi was well made, fresh and delicious. The wasabi was really weak though and the soy super salty so it took a bit of alchemy to get it right, the again on bright side they are readily available on the tables so you can work it out in the end. No!!! Totally felt cheated! The sushi rounds were the size of quarter of my finger. Ordered menu D for me and my 20 yr old son. They should put in their menu that it's a baby menu! Had to give him almost all of my share. Twice smaller than normal sushi. Gyoze was soggy. They're cheating on size and quality! Will never order from them again. Bloody Rip offs!
