What a beautiful experience I have in this restaurant. When I arrived the waiter came and asks us if we were already deciding any food. The table was clean. We ordered and the drinks came quickly. We didn’t wait much for the food and actually the Stake Tartare Italiano was super tasty. One of the best have eaten. The chips came warm as well and all drinks come with ice. I speak English and there were not problem to order or ask questions, you can speak in English or in French or I heard also Spanish. The music was good, it was relaxing not much loud very balance and in variety. The waiter came attentively to ask whether the food was good and whether we needed anything else or a dessert, in a very kind way. At the end went to the bathrooms and you can see how cool the place is inside, I was very amazed for such a chandelier in the middle of the restaurant next to the bar. The bathrooms were clear in general you can see they clean them often. Horrible food quality. Unfortunately, the food and our experience was just bad. We ordered Carbonade, Pasta with Chicken, two Escalope Milanaise for which for one we asked to change the pasta sauce to tomato sauce. We didn't heard back but instead of changing the sauce or telling us it is not possible (we would have ordered something else then) the food came with truffles.

Next we had to see that the Schnitzel was just completely dry and so hard we couldn't even cut it with the regular knife. We asked the waiter for a steak knife so we could at least finish instead of wasting the food, and informed him the food was barely eatable. No reaction, but at least we got a sharper knife which deserves one point for this service.

When paying inside I informed additionally the manager about the experience which he then tried to defend himselve and explaining he doesn't see a problem because the food was finished. Yes, we finished the food because as mentioned, we don’t waste food and we informed the waiter but just didn't saw a reaction.

Hope other customers will have a more pleasant experience in this unfriendly place...

I came to this restaurant alone. The first thing that bothered me was the waiter moved me to a corner like I was not a regular customer. Then I had to wait about 20 minutes to get the menu even though the waiter was giving every single customer a menu just when they came. After 20 minutes the waiter pointed on a table where was QR code with a menu (it works horribly, whenever I zoomed in to read, it turned white - iPhone 13 pro).
