I received no receipt and couldn’t claim the missing item. Quite upsetting.

I ordered beef noodles, fried shrimp, and spring rolls. I received the noodles and the shrimps. When I asked about the spring rolls, they told me first that the shrimps were the rolls. Then they said the shrimps were in the noodles. Then I showed them on the menu that it was 3 separate menu items. Then they begrudgingly told me the cook didn’t understand, and I didn’t receive my spring rolls. I speak French by the way. Because I didn’t receive any receipt it was convenient for them.

Used to be OK but now extremely overpriced. I paid €17 for a take away wok with only 3 veggies. A couple of weeks ago this was only €10 - €12 max, which was decent considering it's a shady take out place where you wait 5 minutes and come out smelling like smoke due to the absence of a functioning vent, and where you are served without any politeness or friendliness.

I went once a week but this is too expensive. Will not go there anymore and do not recommend it. You are better off ordering and taking out at a real Thai restaurant for...

I ordered takeaway (rice and a Coke), but when I got home (just 5 minutes away), I realized they forgot to include the Coke. I called the restaurant immediately, but nobody there could communicate in English. I politely asked if they could hand the phone to someone who speaks English, but there was no response, and the call was abruptly ended.
