Poor service even while the place was almost empty on this sunny Sunday afternoon the 23/06/2019. We were surprised when we were served our ice cream together with our meal. When we requested to come back for it after having eating our food, this arrogant lady got to her nerves and made us known that they are different from the other "Quick".

When I returned later to fetch our ice cream, the entire team of 3 really ignored me till i really got to stretched my voice at them. At least that black lady behaved herself and attended to me at last.

The dustbin was overfull on the first floor.... in fact, what has become of you over here at this "Quick"? It used to be quite better though, in the past.... watch out, Management 🙄

We ordered via Ubereats and our order was over 50 euros. The order came quickly and the delivery guy was really great but we opened the bag and over half of the order was missing, 2 hamburgers, 1 cheese burger, 1 allegedly free Giant, 1 milkshake all were missing. So 3 of us didn't have our food. Then we tried to call them and the phone number they have on Google and on the receipt doesn't even work. We tried the driver from Ubereats and he actually answered but told us that we had to contact Quick. So between ubereats but more so Quick we couldn't even contact anyone to fix it. We definitely won't be ordering from here again and highly recommend to avoid...

They DO NOT have a toilet. They say they have one, but if you don't have 0.50€ spare change, you are in trouble. You can ask the register lady, the manager, the pope even, no chance you can get 50 cents. You can go to the bank and withdraw some, and you can do your needs on your way with that occasion. It's not even about the money, or that they have the audacity to ask for money to do your needs in the restaurant you paid to eat and drink, it's that you NEED to go, and have no option.
