t’more enjoy — Restaurant in Leuven

Edit: The owner’s reply to the feedback is very sincere and they take every comments very seriously and follow up humbly. What happened was simply an unexpected event that the owner never anticipated but they’ve taken note now. Their new sausages on the menu is amazing!! Juiciest sausage I’ve ever tasted!!!!

Ordering delivery - unavailable items only informed upon arrival.

It is a nice cafe… the owner is very nice and the staffs are friendly but the food quality is sometimes disappointing as well as the communication. I ordered 1 drink and two snacks on Ubereat but only two snacks came. The delivery person thought he forgot it so he offered to ride back and ask. Then I found a note among the two snacks that the drink was not available and they’d refund that. It’s a nice gesture but

1.) they should have informed the situation before confirming the order and let the customer decide, instead of confirming it then decide on their own to cancel and refund that one missing item. I would have cancelled the whole order and never ordered just for the snacks. It’s like ordering burger from Burger King but at the end only the drinks came. It doesn’t matter if they refund you the burger price :S if it was not for the drink I would not have ordered… I totally felt misled into making this order…

2.) they should have informed the delivery person. Good that I found the note before the delivery person went far. Otherwise it would have wasted so much of his time. It doesn’t take a minute to inform him this info.

3.) Please bring back the quality of the classic products. I can tell the popcorn chicken has the usual marinate but the salty crispy cover is not the same… missing something…. I loved all your seasonal menu but recently the classic quality has dropped from what it used to be… its not ‘bad’ at all but no longer as good. Hopes that draws...

I found this place while searching for "bubble tea" in Leuven. Based on the rating I wanted to check it out and it was definitely great place. This time I only ordered the drink (my main purpose) so I can't say too much about the food but they do have a lot of dishes besides different kinds of drinks. So i definitely recommend you to check it out. It's small cozy yet modern restaurant which is decorated with cute dolls, plants, & snacks which are actually sold. You can also sit outside but available tables are limited (as you can see it on the picture).

The staffs were very friendly as even in Taiwan I just order the "classic" or "regular" bubble tea so i didn't really know about which one. So I directly asked the staff and she was kind enough to explain it to me. Also she asked if I wanted my tea to be sweet or not, and even with or without ice. So there are possibilities for people who are not in the mood for cold drink or sweet. Not to mention, I love their cute cup (teddy bears and text "travel is my therapy"). Next time i would definitely try out...

We saw an Asian on the bike with boba, so we search for the place to get boba and this location popped up. Firstly we choose Taro Boba but it was not available at the time, so very friendly stuff suggest us Purple Sweet Potato Latte which was absolutely phenomenal. So was the Grape Black Tea with peach popping boba. We ordered also classic Gua Bao and a seasonal summer dessert - shaved ice with black sugar boba.
