I visited the location again on 25th of July 2020. Even the time of Corona (Covid-19), Wabi Sabi Sushi Bar is one of the popular restaurant to eat out sushi (boat) in Leuven. The atmospher is good as usual and their cusines are as delicious as always. Unfortunately, it seems like they haven't informed the Sodexo/Ednered that they don't accept meal checques.
