Good food quality and table service. Management and kitchen service not so good. We’ve ordered online at the table as requested, the juices and coffee came immediately, and it took more than half an hour for someone to come to the table and say that one of the things we’ve ordered was no longer on the list (pancakes) and that we had to substitute with something else. When I’ve asked why it took so long to just let us know, the girl uncomfortably said it was the kitchen mistake. Then, when the food finally came, the kids bagel was missing the banana topping. We called the guy serving and he was very friendly and took it back to get the banana. He came back saying the kitchen said there was no more banana, but we could have other fruit. However, it took our complaint for them to offer that - ingredients finish sometimes, and that’s ok, but they should have been honest from the start and not wait to see if we didn’t notice. I have no complains about the food or waiters, everything is good in that aspect.

However, this place also has a space to do your laundry, which for 9€ I was expecting to provide a good service. Yesterday, after doing my laundry in the same way I always do, my clothes turned out wet, not just humid but very wet, after the whole process. I pointed this out to an employee because maybe the machines had a problem centrifuging, as I wasn't expecting for my laundry to be wet after 3:30 hours of being in the drying machine. The answer I got was that I probably didn't know how to use the machines and chose a wrong mode for my clothes, when I know how I've been doing my laundry for years and this had never happen before. I didn't get offered a refund or anything, and had to leave and go to another laundry place to pay for another...

Aesthetically pleasing, but terrible taste. We ordered a meatball bagel burger and a chicken salad. First, some burgers don’t have any patty at all, they are rather sandwiches not burgers so do not be fooled by the name. The bagel per se was good, however everything in it was plain bad. Almost nothing was fresh. The reheated kale meatballs were barely warm, and accompanied by only hard boiled egg and some spinach leaves, the whole thing was bland. What they call a side salad was just a few sad salad leaves with tiny bit of chopped cucumber, three cherry tomato halves and sprinkled with raw onion. It didn’t even have a dressing! The salad was somewhat okay but the chicken was disgusting. Cold, old pieces of something that looks a bit fabricated, and tasted like plastic. And they have the audacity to charge...
