I am a big fan of chocolate eclairs. really disappointed by their version. They just put the chocolate eclair in the paper bag...it's ruined when you take it out. Turned out not a problem because the eclair is terrible. The choux is soggy and there is no chocolate flavour in the cream inside. Just cornstarch. Not worth the calories. In the bin after a few bites. For about the same price, the one at Renard is far better.
I also looked at their apple puff pastry in the display window and there was no caramelization on top...maybe the good chefs...
