The Boozy Octo Bar & Grill — Restaurant in North Ambergris Caye

We were staying in secret beach for a few days and we came back to eat dinner here every single day because it was that good. You can tell that Carlos has put his heart and soul into this place which he opened up about a month ago. The food is SO GOOD, the conversation is even better. It’s a great place to socialize and chill out. The drinks are phenomenal - both alchoholic and non nonalcoholic. The jalapeño poppers and stuffed flap jacks were my favorites and I won’t stop thinking about them for a while. Kebob and curry is also great. Best restaurant and bar in Secret Beach!

Carlos makes some of the best cocktails anywhere on Ambergris Caye. He infuses many of his own mixers himself, and is more of a mixologist than your typical bartender. Jessie and Anna do a fantastic job in the kitchen. Had nearly every cocktail and dish on the menu during our 8 night stay at the Secret Beach Cabanas.

We tried many of the other bars on Secret Beach but kept coming back to the Boozy Octo. It’s also the only place in the area open past 6pm. If you’re in secret beach for just a day go straight here. Great people and...

Look no further! This is the best of the best on secret beach. AUTHENTIC Belizean.My husband and I ate and drank here each night during our stay. This is a warm, family owned little spot with great service. Anna the restaurant owner was amazing from the beginning and was always VERY accommodating to my cravings. Don’t let the small menu fool you the food here is JAM packed with delicious flavor.

The bartender Azir (sorry if I misspelled that) was very attentive and made great margaritas! Thank you for a wonderful experience Octo fam!
