The food, once we finally got it, was really good. The service...not so much. We were told to put our order in quickly as there was a large table. So we did, quickly and before the large table ordered. It didn't make any difference though, the large table got their order first. We waited another 30 minutes after the large table was served and they finally brought our food. Only one problem, one of the orders was chicken fingers rather than the pasta that was ordered. My husband got his but no cutlery to eat it with. By the time we were able to flag the waitress down for cutlery his pasta was cold. Anyway, while my husband finished his meal, mine still wasn't delivered. When he was finished, mine was delivered. It tasted good but I wasn't here to eat alone. Then when we were finished we waited and waited for our bill. After about 15 minutes we flagged down a different waiter and asked for our bill. There are so many restaurants on the Island, this place needs to step it up to stay competitive. I'm not a complainer by nature. After all of this they didn't offer to compensate in any way. This the last place in Caye Caulker I have seen over the last month that has hogfish in addition to fish. I had the whole fish grilled - my goodness is it ever delicious eating. Wow! It has such a good flavor. It’s been five years since I was last here and just discovered Letto’s several nights ago, saw the hogfish, and talked to the griller. Hogfish has such good flavor. The BBQ griller did an excellent job. Fish and two sides. Be prepared to pay a premium price for this delicious fish from the Mesoamerian reef. Awesome place to go for live music and if you want to play some pool, The bartender Alex is especially the most awesomest person you will ever meet and will take care of all your needs and the one of the greatest bartenders on the island, The bar is important to him and he is the only one that runs this bar, so he knows especially how good everything should be made with all natural ingredients and he knows how people should be taken care of, that's why he doesn't let anyone take over his bar and no vacations, just dedication!
