Why don't we have a six star option? If you come to Bermuda, Ascots is a must. We have eaten our way through the island and this place is top notch.

It is apparent that the chef who happens to be from Dublin is a specialist in classical French cuisine. My fish was delectable and my wife's duck confit was superb!!! Aside from the food, the atmosphere, the prompt service and the ambiance will bring us back for multiple meals whenever we visit Bermuda. At the moment, they have a prix fix menu that is so reasonably priced that you may question whether the food will be good. Let me resolve that issue for you. If they charged twice as much or more, no one who knew quality food would complain.

Outstanding dinner tonight. Started with the chicken & mushroom crepe. It was almost a meal on its own and delicious. Chose the beef short rib for an entree. So good. I loved the sauce. Ended with the lemon & blueberry sorbets. Also amazing. We took home a slice of the amaretto cheesecake (for breakfast). The food was excellent. The wine was perfection. The cost of the dinner, especially compared to other restaurants this week, was great but the standout was the service. The dinner at Ascots was our best meal in Bermuda The location is beautiful. We had a cocktail in the garden, which was lovely. Both cocktails were very well made Our table was next to an open window looking out into the garden, also very lovely The waitstaff was friendly, professional and very attentive The food was delicious.
