The worst. Also, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered online and drove 20 mins to go pick it up and when I got home I was missing two large sides that I ordered. I called them and they said to go pick it up. Wasn’t even worth the gas. Also, I contacted customer service if I could get my money back for the items that I didn’t get. Some good elements here, some definitely not so good.
The good - great coleslaw and spicy chicken. Both on point.
The not so good - the colonel special seasoning is missing! Very bland original chicken. I use the word “original” with a pinch of salt (oh, it could have used some salt as well as the rest of the missing seasoning!).
The awful - 4 x “nuggets” gives you 4 tiny thumb sized pieces of bland chicken for $5.45. Awful. And I mean awful. How dare you charge so much for so very little.

The chicken is subpar. I swear it used to taste so much better. It blows my mind that one cannot order fries without salt!! It’s as simple as 1. Take the fries from the oil, dump into the warmer, take out the unsalted fries, bag them and salt the rest. There is literally no extra step other than bagging some fires before salt is added.
