I was genuinely excited to try Wasabi in Bermuda, especially as a fan of Asian cuisine, but my experience left me extremely disappointed.
I ordered the spider poke salad that was supposed to include mango, avocado, carrot, and sesame seeds — none of which were actually in the bowl. Instead, what I received was mostly lettuce (with barely any dressing), a few pieces of corn, lima beans, and three cucumber slices. For $24, I honestly felt like I paid for a plain salad.
The crab tempura was also very underwhelming: it was deep-fried in the shell, had almost no meat inside, and tasted unpleasant.
The flavors were bland, the textures were off, and the overall experience felt careless — especially considering the price. I’m open to giving Wasabi another try but I wanted to share my experience so the restaurant can hopefully improve and make sure guests are actually receiving what’s listed...

It’s a small spot, with a great view of passerby if you face towards the lane, or a view of the friendly chefs if you face towards the kitchen. We barely waited 5 minutes and our lunch was ready.
