I was about to give this restaurant 5 stars until I went there a second time. First time I went with friends and it was perfect. We ordered food for 2 to share and we had a good portion served on a large clay pot. I decided to go again on my own the next day. It was a disaster. They have charged the 2 persons price, but the portion was for one, with one piece of duck and one piece of bone served already on a plate for one. I immediately complained to the owner that just ignored it. Than I could not cut it because the meat was extremely hard. Duck meat is supposed to shred. I had to send it back to the kitchen and ask the member of stuff to cut it. They removed the bone but they could not cut it either. It was like rubber. I have asked if I could change for another dish, and again he owner just ignored it. Even though they new I was extremely unhappy, they have charged the full price half a portion of a rubber duck....

I have never ever had a bad açaí and never had to pay more than 15 brl and thats with extras, this one plain one was 32brl 🤯 for a small tiny portion like the one they gave me, they made the worst most disgusting açaí ever! I live in Rio and i nicely asked if they do açaí for takeaway the girl said yes of course, i received this huge bag and the bowl was taped all around i struggled to open it for quite a while , as i started walking i realized there wasnt even a spoon in this huge bag so i had to go back and the girl looked confused why am i asking for a spoon 😳 once eventually i started eating it was so inedible i had to throw it out! I cant comment on their other products but definitely do not go for an açaí there! And this is how something so simple can ruin...

Bland food. Totally overpriced. The restaurant in the 5 star hotel we stayed at was less expensive. Atmosphere is casual which is fine but it does not match the prices charged. Small portions. We felt ripped off. The items on the menu sound delicious but are disappointing in every way. Presentation, flavor, quantity. We got our dishes 5 minutes apart. We have been to many restaurants in Brazil including the north. This is definitely in the bottom third. Cannot recommend it. You can get much better food and service...
