Brasinha Copa — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata do Rio de Janeiro

Arrived on 1st Jan for dinner with 2 other friends. Many many things on the menu were unavailable (about 90% of the menu). Main Dishes come with 2 sides, but sides were also unavailable. Then, when we ordered a Main I asked how much would they charge me with -2 sides. The waiter, very unapologetic said: “full price” . We ordered an appetizer (Frango a passarinho), which he said it was available. 15’ after he said it was not anymore, then we ordered another appetizer.

Throughout the night, service was slow and the house was not full. The servers seemed to not care about anything and couldn’t be bothered to apologize for nothing.

At the end, he charged us for the 1st appetizer (which was not available and we didn’t get) also! 🤯

I would not recommend...

Overall really good.

Food was inexpensive for the quantity, incrediblely tasty and at a great price.

Suggest getting the meal for 2 or 3 people and then get the takeaway if you can’t finish it and it makes another meal for the next day.

Service is good and attentive and atmosphere is what you’d get from a local eatery.

We’ve gone back a few times - each one a positive experience - we’ve focused on the meal for 2-3 people for the roast chicken and the mixed meats with all the sides...

O Brasinhas sempre foi espetacular conheço todos os funcionários da noite e alguns do dia mas todos me conhecem eu frequento a uns 5 anos ou mais e a minha nota sempre foi mil sempre levei e levo clientes bons do Rio, de Minas e até de fora do Brasil levo muita gente e sempre elogiando e indicando o local mas infelizmente trocaram o gerente da noite tiraram uma pessoa educada experiente e colocaram um novo completamente despreparado e mal educado. Por esse motivo deixo aqui a minha 0 estrela sobre o gerente que tem que aprender que quem mantém o lugar aberto é os clientes e os bons garçons como Marlon, Rafael, Vera e outros ali O cozinheiro Zé é um espetáculo na cozinha a comida o tempero maravilhoso mas deixo aqui a minha opinião sincera e de muitos outros clientes para que repensem sobre este novo gerente que deixei claro ontem que hoje viria aqui dar nota 0 para ele em tudo porque os cliente e os colegas de trabalho não tem culpa se ele tem problemas em casa ou na vida … afinal quem não...
