We could order our food after 15 minutes after sitting at our table. There were 3 more tables, so they were nearly empty. After the order was taken, 60 minutes passed. The waiter told us the meal would be ready in 5 minutes. We said okay, waited 30 minutes more. After 105 minutes passed since our entry, I started to think that this is a social experiment about human patience. So, still patient, I asked the waiter for the check for drinks and cancel the food and wanted to understand the reason for waiting more than 1 and half hours in an empty restaurant. He answered me the cook burned himself, sorry for the delay but your food is about to be ready. My blood glucose went lower, he gave us free pastry, I waited 10 more minutes, and he appeared to say the preparation of the food needs 12 more minutes. We left, our half day ruined, end...

Great Food and very friendly and attentive service. They have good vegetarian food options and in general a menu full of traditional Brazilian cuisine. The service is extremely attentive and they take their time to offer their insights, ideas and opinions if asked.

If the restaurant gets very busy, they get to their limit and there might be longer waiting times (which we were also informed about), while during regular times, you’ll get your food as fast as any other good restaurants that prepare the food freshly. Como restaurantero desde hace 20 años trato de ser no tan critico pero si trato dar ayuda con consejos constructivos, dépende de ellos si los quieren tomar o no , no dejo muchas criticas de ningun tipo pero al final , en la cuenta y propina doy mi visto bueno o no, desde hace 2 semanas estoy en rio y el servicio por todos lados es muy deficiente, la.comida es buena pero en todos los lugares siento que siempre queda a deber , aqui no fue la excepcion, poca gente en el restaurante, nosotros eras 3 , pedimos y empezo bien todo , o casi todo , pequeños detalles como que no habia tenedor para 1 de las personas , el pan estaba duro , pedimos picante y no lo trajeron, pedimos 2 Heineken y nos trajeron 1 botella grande de amstel... estabamos ansiosos y hambrientos para el segundo servico de platos principales, y ahi uno puede ver fallas de falta de interes y atencion mas importantes, trajeron 2 platos principales sin que limpiar la mesa de platos , olvidaron una segunda cerveza que pedimos , el picante que pedimos ya 3 veces , y cuando le décimés que falta un plato principal , nos dicen que de ese plato no hay ! Su plato nacional no lo tenia, no lo dijeron , y logicamente no lo trajeron despues de 20 min de esperar , mis amigos querian ser gentilles y esperar para comer juntos , résultats todos comimos frio , al final pedi otra cosa , muy seca la carne , seguro la cilantro en micro-ondes para salir mas rapido porque ya estabamos molestandonos y bueno el résultado final es que sali muy desepcionado por el servicio y comida ( al final tube que pararme a buscar mis utensilios para comer , porque ya no esperba nada de nadien .... espero haya sido un mal dia y traten de mejorar para el turismo y...
