Amazing selection of Food, Breads, and Desserts with a terrible staff or I should say management. We went two times because the food was so good I thought…maybe it was just a bad day for the staff, but after a second trip I can honestly say it’s the staff. When trying to make a selection from the bakery area, you have to wait on someone to come help you and then they aggressively handle your food as if you interrupted them doing something important. When you are waiting on food at a table, it takes an excessive amount of time and you get your order with again a bad attitude. We ordered an açaí bowl with three additional toppings both trips “which was delicious” both times the açaí came out of the kitchen in a cup and the toppings in additional disposable cups….even the picture in the menu is a bowl…and of course when we ask for a bowl, get a bad attitude and it takes an additional 10 - 15 minutes with no toppings….again just poor management. This is a business and should be treated as one, make your staff do their jobs with good customer service or you will lose...
Read morePretty good food overshadowed by horrible service from the wait staff. My companion and I visited this location and will never be back. The waitresses had no problem serving people that came in after us and made minimal visits to our table. We had to place our order with the manager because the wait staff would not visit our table to take our order. The food was ok and the coffee was good, but even our drinks took a long time to get to our table, to the point where we had to inquire where they were and when they were going to arrive to our table. The food took a long time to receive as well. Of positive note, prices were not bad and they had quite a few options on their menu and in the bakery looked and smelled really good, but it was overshadowed by the terrible service. The bad service continued until we finally left. Not only that, we never saw that manager again... Just order your food takeaway (on Friday morning shifts at least) until they get a more...

It was a cold coffee with one drop of milk. I asked it really had milk and got a "yes - wanna me to change it". The entonation was all the warning I need. So I had my cold coffee and cold toast. After almost 20 minutes I decide to leave without hoping of getting my omelet. Finally, when is my turn to pay she comes to the line with my omelet. I smile and asked her to pack it to go. What a sad...
